SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Items that are in-stock usually ship within 2 business days of ordering. If an item is back ordered, we will notify you via email as soon as possible. Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
All domestic orders are shipped by Deutsche Post registered letter or DHL standard delivery which usually takes 2-10 business days within Europe. Please allow 2-3 weeks for International orders. The shipping charge is 4€ within Germany (for orders above 35€ shipping is free!), 8€ to European Union countries (above 60€ free shipping!), 14€ to other European countries (above 100€ free shipping!) and 25€ for the worldwide delivery (above 150€ free shipping!). Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges. Saint Noir is not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. Saint Noir cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. We cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees – this is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this. RETURN POLICY

We are confident that you will love your purchase! However, if you’re not 100% happy with it, you can return unused and unwashed products with a copy of the packing slip or invoice within 14 days of purchase date for a full refund. Shipping & handling is not refundable. Your refund will be credited back in the original form of payment. The credit will post to your account shortly after the processing date.
